Fairbanks currently has no commercial ADEC certified kitchen for rent with food storage capacity.

We are in the process of conducting a feasibility study and business plan for this shared kitchen facility in Fairbanks! 

A facility like this will allow new value-added producers like bakers, canners, and tea makers a functional space to start their food businesses at an affordable price.
